Recruiting young people by the end of the 3rd 5eou classes, school forms to all trades in the sector: jockey, of course, but also driver, rider training, coach or even travel garçon. Mandatory internship

The Windmill, the tuition is free, but mandatory internship. The pace of the training is intensive and the days start early, sometimes as early as 6 hours. Program: daily practice of riding, vaulting and competition exercises, hippology and animal biology, not to mention the general subjects such as English, computing and mathematics.

Paradoxically, if the level is high, no technical skill is required for access to the school. Motivation, coping skills and love of the animal are the only selection criteria: "Obviously, we take into account the young age of our students."
